Life is difficult!
Sorry to break it to you…
If it was all fluffy and easy, we wouldn’t be tested, tried and forged in the fire of life…
I know you think that’s a chance you’re willing to take….
But it means we wouldn’t grow or learn or change or have the chance to rise above ourselves!
If life were a series of lovely days…we would soon get bored..
Be thankful it is a struggle some of the time and recognise that only dead fish swim with the stream. For the rest of us there will be times when its an uphill, upstream battle.
We will face waterfalls, weirs and raging currents. But in order to keep swimming we must flick our tails and flap our fins, knowing that with each flip and flap we are getting stronger.
Just keep swimming little fishy, keep swimming…
If we can see each setback as a chance to improve, to grow and learn…
We can endure it so much easier!
Take the time to rest and enjoy when you hit the calm waters and know that when the struggle times come that they never last forever!
