Online courses and manifesting abs!!!

Hands up if this sounds familiar!! 

How many of you have…? 

Signed up for an online course? 

Signed up for a free challenge? 

Read/listened to an amazing book? 

And either not completed it or…. not implemented/practised any of what you’ve learnt? 

“To know and not to do, is not to know” … (not sure who wrote this quote and I can’t google it as my hands are up in the air!) 

We all do it! 

We watch and listen to content and have some “aha” moments, hear or read the skills, tips and tricks we really need…but don’t practise or implement them! 

We all sign up with the best of intentions…but wane after day 3 or 4 and forget to go on to complete the workshop or course…thinking we will do it later! 

It all comes down to the Big C!!   (no not that Big C, but Commitment) 

You can put your hands down now…you must be getting a cramp! 

“Dreams don’t work unless we do”! 

It’s the hard truth, but learning something and not putting it into practise, is not only a waste of time but its all a shame of time! (I just made that saying up…good isn’t it ?) 

This is not Manifestation People! 

To manifest and create your dreams you must still do! 

Sitting on the grass, wishing myself skinny with abs is not going to make it happen…I still have to exercise and eat right! (I know, I’ve just ruined your day…. I wish it was that easy!) 

Thoughts without action will not create your dream life. 

Make a promise to yourself today, to start practising and implementing the things you learn, it is only then that your life will change!
