Having a home based business is an exciting thing. A lot can happen in a day, and sometimes it can be easy to sit at home to try and get a little bit more done.

It’s bad enough that we have to spend far more hours that we’d like to stuck in the office with work. But it’s probably worse when we choose to sit at our home desk, rather than get out and have some down time.

In this video I discuss the difficulty of trying to balance business and pleasure. Sometimes it’s about finding an acceptable compromise to allow you to do both .
